CALM BIRTH PREPARATION WORKSHOPS
These special weekend workshops are for pregnant women and their birthing partners to attend together. Learn and practice relaxation, massage and mindfulness techniques together to prepare for a calm birthing experience. Workshops include breath work, positions for labour and birth, aromatherapy, supporting one another and considering your birth preferences. Sessions are taught by a midwife. It is recommended that you attend one of these workshops alongside the Yoga and Mindfulness for Pregnancy and Birth course. Workshops are held in Brentwood. Spaces are limited.
