meditation and mindfulness classes


Our Meditation and Mindfulness classes in Essex will help you find inner calm and peace.
These classes are suitable for complete beginners.  
Meditation is the experience of being in the present moment. 
We explore different approaches and techniques for settling the mind.  Meditation can help you relax and improve calm, focus and self-exploration.
Our Meditation and Mindfulness classes in Essex offer a non-religious approach to meditation.  People from all faith backgrounds and none are equally welcome.  
Chairs, yoga mats and cushions are all available for your comfort in our beautiful Garden Studio in Billericay.  You do not need to be able to sit cross-legged or sit on the floor.
You will be encouraged to find whatever positions are most comfortable to enable you to relax and calm your mind.
We do not meditate in silence for very long periods.  You will have opportunities for short and medium length guided and self-guided meditations and mindfulness practices.  
We also take time to discuss our experiences and support one another.
Suggestions will be offered for home practice to help you integrate this life-enhancing practice into your daily life.
Sessions take place at 9.45am on Tuesday mornings at our new Garden Studio in Billericay.  Classes begin on Tuesday 17 September 2019.
