Bring your baby to yoga!  Mother and Baby Yoga will help you to recover physically and mentally from birth. Gentle and healing exercise, loving interaction with baby, parenting advice, friendship and relaxation. You and your baby will be made to feel welcome, safe and nurtured.

Milk, poo, baby-sick  and crying all welcome!

This class is suitable for mums and babies from around 6 weeks postnatal, until baby starts crawling.

Classes are held at Stock Village Hall on Friday mornings at 11am.
