One to One Yoga Therapy with Karen is calming, relaxing and tailored to your individual choices and needs.

Some clients seek out the quiet and luxury of a private session to gain the full benefit of Karen’s caring attention.

One to One Yoga Therapy is also recommended for people with injuries, limited range of movement, anxiety and wide range of chronic health issues.

Karen is experienced at supporting clients using gentle Yin and Restorative Yoga positions to benefit and treat many health and wellbeing issues.

Sessions may include aromatherapy, gentle hands-on massage and relaxation.

Karen can provide programmes and Yoga-based exercises to do at home to continue the benefit between your sessions.

RAINBOW

Our One to One Yoga sessions can be whatever you want them to be. 

Meditation. Breathwork and Relaxation sessions are also available on a One to One basis.

Karen also offers private small group sessions for two to six clients at The Garden Studio in Billericay.

One to One Yoga Therapy sessions are available on Tuesday afternoons and Wednesday mornings.  Other times may occasionally be available – please ask.
