Karen Lawrence giving a Reflexology treatment
Treatments are now available to book for September onwards.  I have a new Covid 19 Safety Policy which you can see here.
Enjoy calming and relaxing Thai Reflexology Foot Massage at my beautiful Garden Studio in Billericay, Essex.
Reflexology is a powerful holistic therapy.  The treatments will help you relax, feel good and sleep better.
I specialise in treating symptoms of menopause and perimenopause.  Troublesome hot flushes, night sweats, sleep disturbances and anxiety can all be improved significantly with a series of soothing treatments.
I also offer treatments for pregnant women and new mothers.  I have a degree in Midwifery in addition to my Reflexology qualification, and I love to support women through their childbearing journey.
Reflexology is helpful in the management of many conditions, including  depression, anxiety, digestive problems, arthritis and chronic pain, asthma, hormonal imbalances, headaches, fatigue, and many more.
My treatments combine traditional Thai and Western Reflexology techniques, to provide a uniquely powerful and relaxing therapeutic experience.
I carry out all treatments at my Garden Studio in Billericay.  Treatments are available on Tuesdays during the daytime, and occasionally at other times.
A series of treatments, ideally on a weekly basis, is recommended for maximum benefit.
