Baby Massage at The Calm Space Yoga

Do you sometimes struggle to calm and settle your baby? Baby Massage can help with sleep, colic, teething and more.

Gentle massage stimulates loving hormones in both mother and baby, so you both feel happy, calm and relaxed.

Massage helps with colic and digestive issues.  Babies who are massaged regularly tend to be more calm, content and settled.

We make time to share parenting advice, friendship and relaxation over a cup of tea. 

You and your baby will be made to feel welcome, safe and nurtured.

From this autumn you can choose whether to attend the course in-person at my Garden Studio or live online via Zoom.  

This course is suitable for carers and babies from birth, until your baby starts crawling.

Baby Massage is offered as a four week course, to ensure that you can learn all the techniques.  Handouts will be provided in case you miss any of the sessions.

I also run Private Group Courses for NCT groups and similar groups of new parents.  Contact me if you would like to arrange an exclusive private course for your group of friends.  This is available via Zoom or in person.
