YOGA AND MINDFULNESS FOR PREGNANCY AND BIRTH
These courses will enable you to prepare your body and mind for birth and the experience of becoming a mother.
Gentle yoga exercise, and mindfulness practices will help you stay active, connect with your body and baby, and provide a set of strategies for coping with challenging situations, including labour and birth.
As well as being a mum of seven and a specialist pregnancy and postnatal yoga instructor, Karen is also a qualified midwife. You will be in very safe hands!
Suitable for mothers with more complex pregnancies and those planning for a caesarean birth, as well as for more straightforward pregnancies.
Courses are held in Brentwood on Wednesday evenings at 7pm. New course starting in June in Wickford on Monday evenings at 8.15pm.
