Our Pregnancy Yoga and Birth Preparation classes will help you prepare your body and mind for birth and the experience of becoming a mother.
Our ninety minute sessions allow enough time for Yoga and breathing exercises, relaxation, discussion of birth related topics, tea and chat.
Safe and gentle Yoga exercise to help you stay calm and active throughout your pregnancy.
Breathing and mindfulness exercises and deep relaxation.
Discussion and birth education to help you prepare for labour, birth and early parenthood.
Share tea, chat and friendship on your journey with other pregnant mums.
These classes are suitable for mothers with more complex pregnancies and those planning for a caesarean birth, as well as for more straightforward pregnancies.
Small class size – maximum of six mums-to-be.
Instructor Karen previously worked as a Midwife. She is a mum of seven children as well as being a fully qualified Pregnancy Yoga Instructor. You will be in very safe and caring hands.
Classes are held on Wednesday evenings at 8.15pm at our exclusive Garden Studio in Billericay.
RELAXATION, MEDITATION, AND MINDFULNESS FOR PREGNANT MUMS
It’s so important to relax and feel good about yourself in pregnancy.
Pregnant mums are very welcome to attend all our Meditation and Mindfulness, Restful Restorative Yoga and Yin and Restorative Yoga classes. Karen is a specialist Pregnancy Yoga instructor with a Midwifery degree, so she will always ensure that you are safe, comfortable and well supported in any class you attend.
