YOGA AND MINDFULNESS FOR PREGNANCY AND BIRTH
This 6 week course will enable you to prepare your body and mind for birth and the experience of becoming a mother. Gentle yoga exercise, and mindfulness practices will help you stay active, connect with your body and baby, and provide a set of strategies for coping with challenging situations, including labour and birth. Suitable for mothers with more complex pregnancies and those planning for a caesarean birth, as well as for more straightforward pregnancies. Courses are held in Stock and Brentwood on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Course is taught by a midwife.
It is recommended that you also attend a Birth Preparation Workshop with your birthing partner.
